Client Stories of Success

Anakin NF (Pickleball)

Mollie has taught me the biology of why we have negative emotions on court and how to deal with them effectively instead of trying to prevent them. Mollie put together a personalised plan of things to do in preparation for a match and during it. I have put these techniques into practice in recent tournaments which has allowed me to mentally reset under pressure and increase my winning percentage. The mental side of any sport is often neglected, but remember, your mind controls your body!

Morgan ESP (Padel)

“I had a complete collapse in confidence and seriously considered throwing in the towel. But your performance mindset coaching completely turned things around for me. I’m finally back on the path to success after winning my first major tournament last weekend and most importantly, I’m enjoying the game again. I never thought I’d feel this way again, but here I am"

Will SF (Pickleball)

Mollie's has really helped me gain the mental strength needed to win at the top level. She has given me clear and simple strategies to stay calm on court and not lose my head. I am able to let go of errors and lost games quickly now and as a result I have ended up winning more matches. Mollie has also changed my entire mindset about the game and what my goals are for the future! Also Mollie hasn't only helped me with my game but my personal life as well to keep me positive and use less negative speech about myself which has made me happier in general.

“Having a [mindset] coach that completely understands what I've been through as an athlete is an incredibly unique and comforting experience and I'm so grateful for all the wisdom you have passed on to me."

Katy LDN (Tennis)

Lacey LDN (Hockey)

Mollie’s performance mindset workshop is a total game changer, in fact, a life changer! As a centre forward, there’s a lot of pressure to to score, to perform and to be a leader out front. Before working with Mollie, I’d never tried visualisation, but now I can’t believe the impact it’s had.

I visualise and meditate before every game, and I feel so much calmer and more confident when I’m under pressure. It’s transformed the way I play and how I show up for my team."

Charlotte HT (Tennis & Pickleball)

Before working with Mollie, I struggled deeply with imposter syndrome. But after just a couple of mindset coaching sessions, everything started to shift. Mollie asked the hard questions and helped me uncover the limiting beliefs that were holding me back from reaching my true potential. I now feel more confident, focused, and aligned—and I’m winning bigger and bigger competitions because of it.

James LDN (football)

“Coming back from injury was one of the hardest things I’ve faced whilst playing football. Physically I was getting better, but mentally I was struggling and doubting if I’d ever be able to be the same player I used to. Things weren’t going the way I expected, and it felt like everything was slipping away. Working with you as my mindset coach helped me shift my perspective. You taught me how to adapt, stay grounded, and rebuild confidence from the inside out. I’m back, I’m stronger, and I’m more motivated than ever to keep my spot”

Meet the Coach Behind

Expertise and Experience

Athletic Background

From the age of 6, I trained day and night to pursue my dream of becoming a professional tennis player. By 12, I was quickly rising through the ranks, getting noticed by the LTA and selected for county championships and national competitions.

At 14, after winning a major national title, I began travelling the world to compete in junior ITF tournaments. I became the No.1 ranked junior in the country, a milestone that marked the start of a new chapter in my career. Knowing I was ready for greater challenges, my team encouraged me to transition to the women’s circuit early — and at just 15, I began competing in national and international women’s events. I went on to reach the Top 10 in the UK women’s rankings, gaining valuable experience and resilience on and off the court. One of the proudest moments of my career was playing at Wimbledon as a junior, followed by the honour of competing in Wimbledon qualifying as an adult — a dream come full circle.

But at 18, everything changed.

A serious shoulder injury halted my journey and led to surgery, taking me out of the game I had dedicated my life to. While it was one of the hardest moments I’ve ever faced, it also opened the door to something equally powerful: my passion for mindset, personal growth, and the psychological side of sport.

I began studying psychology and performance mindset deeply — not just academically, but through lived experience. I became fascinated with how athletes think, what separates the great from the good, and how inner belief can shape not just sport, but life.

Then, at 25, something unexpected happened.

I discovered pickleball by chance… and fell in love with competition all over again. I returned to the game with fire, quickly rising to become the No.1 ranked pickleball player in the UK. I won major titles, became the No.1 European draft pick for the World Pickleball League, and competed against some of the biggest names in the sport.

I was honoured to land an international pro contract with HEAD, represent Team England, and win the European Championships alongside my teammates. I also took home the English Open title, defeating the former European No.1, Asia’s No.1, and top American pros — and followed that up by winning both the European Finals and another European Championship title.

Now, I use everything I’ve lived, studied, and coached to help others unlock their own confidence, build unstoppable mental strength, and recognise their self-worth — both in sport and in life.

These experiences taught me not only how to compete at the highest level but how to manage pressure, overcome setbacks, and believe in my worth — lessons I now pass on through my work as a mindset coach.

Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is built on the belief that confidence is a skill, not a personality trait — and that with the right mindset, anyone can rise above their limits and realise their true potential.

I coach from experience — not just as an athlete who’s competed on some of the world’s biggest stages, but as someone who has faced setbacks, rebuilt herself, and come back stronger. I understand the mental battles athletes face — from performance pressure and fear of failure to self-doubt and identity struggles — and I know how to overcome them.

My approach is rooted in psychological resilience, self-awareness, and identity alignment. I focus on helping people shift from self-criticism to self-trust, from pressure to purpose, and from playing small to stepping fully into who they are.

My coaching is rooted in the belief that mindset is the foundation of performance. Talent matters, but without confidence, clarity, and mental resilience, it’s impossible to reach your highest level. I help athletes build self-belief, emotional control, and inner strength — so they can thrive under pressure, bounce back from setbacks, and lead with purpose.

Through honest conversation, mindset strategy, and deep personal growth, I empower my clients to “win within” — because true success starts in the mind.

One of the most powerful tools I use with every athlete I coach is visualisation. I firmly believe I would not have had the success I’ve had without mastering the skill of mental rehearsal. Visualisation works because the brain doesn’t know the difference between a vividly imagined experience and a real one. When you visualise intentionally and consistently, your brain believes you’ve already practiced it in real life. That rewires confidence, improves performance, and creates unshakable belief.
