I believe in the power of collaboration to build a partnership with you or your team, where both parties actively contribute to the process. Instead of the psychologist being the “expert who tells,” collaboration empowers athletes to take ownership of their mindset, performance, and growth.

  • Timelines depend on the Athlete, their goals, and what they want to achieve. I have a few different ways I work with an athlete: 1-1 variable sessions, 6 weeks to build confidence, 12 weeks to build a professional mindset, 6 months of elite help to achieve big goals, but I generally dedicate up to 6-12 weeks to each client, with the possibility of an extension based on what’s needed and availability. .
